ATS began its history when Robert Klabacka started The National
Institute for Concrete Construction (N.I.C.C) in 1959 making us one
of America’s oldest and largest heavy equipment, crane operator and
truck driver training schools. Robert later passed the reins onto his
sons who to this day maintain the same high standards and superior
quality people have come to expect from Associated Training Services.
